The last time you received feedback, how did it feel? Frustrating? Unhelpful? Unconstructive?

Would you like the next time to be different?

We talk a lot about how important feedback is to our work and relationships, but we also need to take time to practice and integrate better feedback skills into our work. This workshop is a place to learn how to invite the feedback you need in the way that feels best for you. We will also practice how to receive feedback with grace, and model ways to redirect or ask for clarity when you get it.

By learning how to model inviting and receiving feedback, leaders can gain the feedback they need to grow as leaders, and to lead the growth of their teams, organizations, and businesses.
